(Makes about 30 impastably yummy noodles)

AT LAST, A FRESH AND GREAT-TASTING WAY TO MAKE EATING SPINACH ALMOST BEARABLE.
IT'LL MAKE YOUR DOG STRONG LIKE PUPEYE!

10 ounces frozen chopped spinach
2 eggs
1 clove garlic, minced
1 ¾ cups white flour

• Thaw and drain spinach and set aside. Combine eggs, garlic and spinach in a blender until smooth.
• Pour into a bowl and gradually add enough flour to make a firm but not sticky dough. Turn out onto a floured surface and knead about 20 times.
• Wrap dough in plastic wrap and leave to rest in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
• After dough has rested, roll out on a floured surface to 1/16-inch thick and cut out ½-inch wide noodles. Leave to rest on a clean towel or hang for 1 hour.
• Cook noodles in boiling water until tender, for about 10 to 15 minutes. Drain, cool and serve. Store in a sealed container in the refrigerator.

Dogs! Don't miss our annual DOGTOBERFEST!, featuring dog washes, dog games, free treats and bandannas, refreshments for humans and Great Dane-size fun! This year's event will take place Sunday afternoon, September 21st at the bakery, and will feature CELEBRITY DOG WASHERS from local television and radio stations, as well as other well-known personalities. The washes cost just $7.50 (large dogs) and $5.00 (small dogs), with all proceeds benefiting the non-profit Louisville Dog Run Association. It'll be a splashin' good time!
