 THE
2007 CORAL SPRINGS AWARDS LUNCHEON PRESENTED BY NORTHWEST MEDICAL CENTER AN
AFTERNOON TO REMEMBER!!
On
behalf of the Coral Springs Chamber of Commerce I would like to express our sincere
thanks to all of the sponsors and attendees of the 2007 Coral Springs Awards Luncheon.
You made our efforts a complete success! A special thank you to our Title Sponsor,
Northwest Medical Center, Platinum sponsors, Al Hendrickson Toyota,
Enterprise Coral Springs Partners, The City of Coral Springs and Wal*mart
and Gold sponsors, Amera Corporation, BankUnited, Coral Springs
Marriott Hotel Golf Club & Convention Center and Coral Springs Medical Center.
Highlights of the awards luncheon included stellar performances by both
the Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School Jazz Band and the Coral Springs Charter
School Encore Choir. Everyone enjoyed the live, Chinese and Silent Auctions, lots
of great food, fun and friends.
The Awards Luncheon highlighted the Small
Business Leader of the Year, Rookie Business Leader, Veteran Business
Leader, Corporate Chamber Leader, and the Covered Bridge Award.
Additionally, 5 Bridge to Leadership Awards, were given out to five outstanding
high school seniors.
The most poignant moment of the event was the acceptance
of the Covered Bridge Award by Jill Paul, wife of the late Dr. Steven Paul. It
was a tearful and emotional moment and an opportunity for the Chamber to acknowledge
all of Dr. Paul's contributions to our community.
A much deserved thank
you goes to our Chairman, Mike DiTocco, Mike did an amazing job emceeing the event
and as always, is the guy behind the scenes helping us with anything that needs
to be done- especially when it comes to technology.
Also, I'd like to
personally thank Ann Marie Mastandrea & Reuley West, your chamber staff. They
spent countless hours making this event successful and I appreciate all of their
dedication to the Chamber. On behalf of the Coral Springs Chamber of Commerce
I'd like to offer our CONGRATULATIONS TO ALL OF THE
2007 AWARD NOMINEES AND WINNERS!!
Sincerely, Cindy Brief
President

Vortex
Solutions was founded in May of 2003 by three long time friends. Our original
goal was to provide the highest level of quality computer services to small businesses
in the area. We wanted to help the 'little guy' feel like a large company with
excellent networking and computer support. We've since expanded our services to
include not only networking and computer support but remote backup, custom program
design, system security, and much more.
We've broadened our company outlook
to providing "Security and Peace of Mind" to our clients. You see, most owners
aren't Information Technology (IT) specialists and don't realize where they can
actually save money by using IT. We can provide remote access, software, and security
solutions. Our main goal at Vortex Solutions is to worry about IT so you don't
have to.
Our trained staff of employees is backed by three partners with
over 36 years of combined experience in the IT field. Our technical certifications
include Microsoft Certified System Engineer (MCSE), Microsoft Certified Systems
Administrator (MCSA), Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), and CompTia A+.
For more information on how we can help you save money with technology
please feel free to contact Jeff Platter at 954.341.6000 or support@vortexit.net.
We will be more than happy to answer any questions you might have. You can also
check us out on the web at http://www.vortexsolutions.net.
