We don't have an email database, how do we get one?

We can help! Our tools and training allow you to start building a database very quickly. With a number of collection techniques, including promotional displays, state-of-the-art technology, and friends-and-family referrals, your new database will grow to hundreds of names or more in just a few short months! Can I use a list of emails I have already collected?

Absolutely! We can import most electronic lists to give you a quick start in your e-marketing endeavor. If you have printed or written lists, or even if you have a collection of business cards, we can also input them into your new database. We'll also provide you with a web form so you can enter new names yourself.

Remember that Equilibrix strictly enforces its Anti-spam Policy, and we strongly discourage clients from using purchased lists. We recommend you only use lists of names you've collected yourself.

I have a bunch of business cards, can you use those?

Yes. We can input email addresses from business cards you've collected, or you can enter them directly into your new database using our convenient web form.

Who owns the names in my database?

The names you collect are yours. Equilibrix stores and maintains your list and tracks your customers' responses to your flyer campaigns. Upon your request, at the end of your service contract, we return your updated database to you and it is removed from our system.

In accordance with our Privacy Policy, we will not give out, trade, or sell your customers' information.

Can I get a copy of my database at anytime?

Absolutely. We can provide you with a copy of your database upon request. You can also view the status of your list, including the number of total names, referrals, and more, with real-time tracking, inside our client area.

Can Equilibrix help me obtain additional email lists?

Yes. You may advertise on our community flyers, which are distributed to thousands of local opt-in subscribers. In addition, our partnerships with opt-in email providers give us access to millions of opt-in email addresses for both b2b and b2c. Call or email us with the details of your target audience!

How long does it take to get up and running?

New client databases are setup within 72 hours. At that time, we'll give you a link to our online web form so you can start entering names immediately. Shortly thereafter, we'll come by your location with your custom promotional display and data collection tools, and we'll train you and your staff on the best way to collect names from your customers. We can also take digital photos to use in your flyer.

Within 7 business days, we'll have your new flyer ready for your review. Upon your approval, we can send your flyer out immediately.

As an Equilibrix client, all customer information gathered belongs to YOU. We will never give, trade, or sell your list to anyone. You may request an electronic or printed copy of your customer email list at anytime.
