How
Our Email Marketing Campaign Works
Step
1: Your
checkout clerks direct customers to join your email
list.
Your staff is trained by our professionals on the most
successful ways to promote customer participation. As
time goes on, clerks will also receive feedback from
customers who have previously registered and received
promotional messages.
Step
2: Customers input their email address.
The data collector is displayed conveniently and professionally
on a custom Lucite display next to the checkout register.
While your clerk completes the transaction, the customer
completes the quick questionnaire. This takes the customer
approximately 45 to 60 seconds. The data is immediately
transmitted to Equilibrix.
The Lucite display can be customized to include your
logo, colors and special announcements. This is a professional
method of promoting your company's Email Marketing campaign.
Step 3: You decide how
often to communicate.We create and send your
email message.
Announce new merchandise, sales events, discounts or
offer coupons for returning customers. Once or twice
a month is a great way to keep in touch with customers;
or have a personal "Thank You" message sent
to individuals after they have visited your store!
Our graphics and marketing professionals will create
full-color email promotions using your logo, colors
and theme; we can even develop your message based on
your existing brochures or materials!
Step 4: We maintain
your lists and generate reports.
If
a customer wants to be removed from your list, they
simply reply to the email and we will remove them. We
will generate reports with statistics on how many customers
you have, how many are opening your email, rate of subscriptions/unsubscriptions
and more. You may ask for a hard-copy of the reports.
