The beach area was recently completed and offers a relaxing view
of the many majestic yachts that pass through the Intracoastal
Waterway daily.
Work on our Signature Restaurant has already begun and we will
be providing you with progressive photos and more information
over the months ahead. We anticipate the opening to take place
on November 1st.
Lastly, our Penthouse " Think Tank" Boardroom located 14 stories
above the Intracoastal Waterway has been completed and it offers
over 2,400 SQ FT of space complete with three breakout rooms.
Ideal for meetings or events up to 75 people.

The

Ft. Lauderdale and Galt Ocean Mile. As residents we believe
that it is important to "pay forward."
On April 24th il Lugano Hotel hosted the Sexy Singles event
which raised over $2,000 for the Leukemia Foundation.
On Saturday April 26th il Lugano co sponsored the Penthouse
PJ party at Ft. Lauderdale's Riverhouse and helped to raise
$18,000 for Lymphoma and Leukemia.
