Equilibrix uses existing new technologies.

We employ various brands of wireless hardware currently produced by leading technology developers. These devices are akin to PDAs or pocket-sized computers. While each brand may differ slightly in appearance, the basic functionality is the same: an easy-to-use alpha-numeric keypad and data screen allow the user to enter and view information.

Our custom programming is loaded, making each into a wireless data-collection device -- the perfect tool to capture email and other basic information about your customers.

The device remains in your store or business. You never need to connect it to another computer or phone line. Information is uploaded automatically via satellite to the Equilibrix server, which sorts and archives customer data for your future use. It's that simple! Multiple devices can be used in your business at the same time. We can even program your devices with specific questions to help you identify and categorize your customers.
